following the signs Too Much Work

Working hard is a common practice for everyone. But do not over do it now. Be careful and recognize the signs of most of the following work.

1. often tired
Overload the body with too much work that can trigger ongoing fatigue. If passed, the body is in danger of not being able to move at all because of fatigue.

2. Often depression
not just the body of the protest whenyou mostly work. Mental else feel the same way. So if you often feel depressed, maybe it's time you take a break from work.



3. Lost passion
do you start to lose the passion to reach the target in a job? If so, decreased arousal and motivation can be triggered by too much work.

4. Productivity declined
besides passion and motivation, most work also led to decreased productivity participate. Because you feel pressured by the various activities undertaken in the workplace.

5. Want to miss
usually, you are excited to go to the office. But that desire has now changed with the urge to play hooky. It means you are mostly working and needed a break.

6. Drinking alcohol

7. Often angry
If you are often angry and irritable, you're having problems on the job. Or you also too much work to turn into sensitive personal.

8. Broken relationships
What about your social life? Most stressful work which also affect the relationship between couples and friends.

If you feel like experiencing the above symptoms, you should take a few days off and make yourself relaxed, comfortable as possible before you start working again.
