5 Food & Beverages that cause drowsiness

Food is a source of energy, but some foods can actually absorb energy and make us feel sleepy. Let's find out what foods make a person sleepy. Lest all this time you are sleepy and tired because of too frequent eating these foods.

The following are foods that make you can’t stop yawning :

1. breakfast with the Sweet
Sugars and simple carbohydrates may help increase energy, but can be lowered too quickly. Decrease in blood sugar that is too drastic results in the body limp and often yawn to get more oxygen to the combustion energy. Avoid sugary foods such as donuts or other sweet pastries because it can decrease the production of chemicals in the brain that functions to keep it 'light'.



2. Energy drinks
Specialty drinks like this usually consists of sugar and caffeine high. Some time after drinking, blood sugar back down and causing power thirsty and empty. Better water consumption if other times of thirst than drink energy drinks but so lazy and sleepy.



3. Fatty foods
The theory is simple, the fat is more difficult to digest. Digestive organs takes 6 to 8 hours to digest, therefore if the body does not have a supply of energy to another you're likely to feel sluggish and sleepy. Fatty foods are also known to cause reduced ability to remember.

4. Low-iron diet
Iron is an energy builder substances and calories. You will feel tired if the deficiency. Consumption of chicken thighs better than in improving the iron chest. Red meat is also high in iron but more cholesterol. Pumpkin is also known to contain high iron which can be eaten as a snack in the afternoon.

5. red wine
A glass of wine at dinner might sound good to some people. But I tell you, alcohol can absorb the energy of the body because it contains a high melatonin, the hormone that produces a feeling of sleepiness. But do not ever use alcohol as a sleeping pill, try to replace milk
