The longer a person sitting in front of the television, the more likely to get cancer.
To assess the relationship between TV viewing time, leisure time, work time sitting, and the total time to sit with the risk of various cancers, Daniela Schmid and Michael F Leitzmann, from the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, University of Regensburg, Germany conducted a meta-analysis of 43 observational study of more than 4 million people and 68 936 cases of cancer.
