What Fruit Is Good For Breastfeeding Moms?

Breastfeeding mothers need balanced nutrition to pay attention to good nutritional intake. Fruit is an important food for the body because it contains antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and fiber for the body. Then, what fruit is good to be consumed by breastfeeding mothers? 
Some choices for breastfeeding mothers include: 

 1. Orange 
Orange is one good fruit for nursing mothers. Orange also contains rich in vitamin C which will help meet the needs of breastfeeding vitamin C mothers. Vitamin C is necessary for infant formation of teeth, bones, and muscles especially for newborns. While for breastfeeding mothers, vitamin C helps increase growth and tissue repair in breastfeeding mothers. 


2. Banana
 Bananas contain folate and vitamin B6 is good for the child's nutrition. In addition, bananas can also help replace the calories lost when breastfeeding your baby. Folic acid is good for healthy brain development and good for the formation of red blood cells and white blood cells.

 3. Avocado
Avocado is a highly recommended fruit for nursing mothers. Breastfeeding mothers are more often hungry than usual and need more calories. Eating avocados can help nursing mothers get fuller without worrying about the weight gain after childbirth. In addition, pregnant women contain essential fatty acids such as omega-3 fatty acids, omega-6 fatty acids and omega-9 fatty acids are good for baby's growth.  4. Strawberries 
You strawberry enthusiasts? When breastfeeding strawberries can be the fruit of your choice because it has a high iron content and is rich in vitamin C, calcium, potassium and magnesium. 

5. Apricots
 Apricot is also a good fruit to consume during labor because it is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium and potassium. In addition, apricots also contain photoestrogen that helps launch milk.
