Wheat biscuits are low-calorie foods and can be served at parties. Consuming biscuits containing wheat can restore stamina while doing work that drains the body's energy. Eating three whole wheat biscuits a day will restore power completely, so never tire while working.

2. Fruits
Fruits are indeed the right foods and healthy to be a snack. Bringing fruits to the office like a bowl of oranges or apples makes the stomach more fully charged. Eating fruits during the day can remove toxins or harmful substances in the body.

3. Boiled Eggs

Boiled eggs contain many nutritional content. High-protein snacks will keep your body healthy. Especially mixing boiled eggs along with salad to be a healthy menu choice for snacks.

4. Nuts
Nuts have good health benefits for the body. Eating nuts every day also helps in weight loss. Eating nuts during the day is the right menu.

5. Popcorn
Food that much preferred when a snack in the cinema turned out to have healthy benefits. Popcorn is a good healthy snack, because low-calorie popcorn so good for the health of the body.

6. Dark Chocolate
Chocolate does have a sugar content that is not good for the health of the body, but dark chocolate has a high bitterness is good for health. But in consuming dark chocolate should not be too excessive. Choose bitter chocolate when tired of bringing salad and fruit snacks.

7. Corn Boiled
