Sure you already know bed early for 6-8 hours is good for health. Many are already trying to sleep early, but what I still find it difficult to close his eyes.

1. no fixed meal schedule

3. The enjoyment of reading 
Perhaps you think one way to fast sleep is reading a book. Turns out it was not right. Read a fun book, emotional, and intellectual before bedtime can cause poor sleep quality. If you want a sleepy, try to choose light reading such as sports or fashion magazines.

4. Smoking before bed 
Nicotine is a stimulant for the brain that makes it difficult to sleep. If you really want to live better but it's hard to stop smoking, try not to smoke tobacco close to bedtime.

5. Wash your face with cold water 
Clean the face before going to bed is a good habit that can also close the pores. But splashes cold water on the skin can stimulate the body to release energy to keep the warmth so that the brain is maintained.Better to choose wash your face with warm water lukewarm at night.
